I decided to take care of some blog business today. First, I've uploaded some photos I took last year from Leo's KFI the Tech Guy Show from Sept. 17th, 2005 at the EWaste Roundup. Fortunately all the waste rounding up was several hundred yards away from the show. This is where I first met Mr. LaPorte in person.
This morning, I listened to the latest episode of Twit over breakfast. A great show with special guest Jerry Pournelle. Yes, the Science Fiction writer Pournelle (Lucifer's Hammer, The Mote in God's Eye and the Man-Kzin War saga among others).
He has been and still is an avid technical writer. He published his columns in Byte Magazine for many years. Jerry Pournelle is 75 years old. I should be so lucid when I get to 75. He is definitely not the afraid of technology and uses it. You can read his latest writings at either chaosmanorreviews.com or jerrypournell.com.
This is one of the best Twits I've heard ever. Enjoy listening to the show.
